How we work together
Discovery call We talk about your event or session: its purpose, participants, desired outcomes, and what you want people to carry forward afterward. We’ll also cover format, logistics, and where the final visual will live.
Brief and visual plan Before the session, I review your agenda, speaker materials, key language, and any context that will help me listen well. Together we decide whether the work is best captured digitally, on a large physical surface, or as a post-session visual summary.
Real-Time Capture During your event, talk, workshop, or conversation, I listen for central ideas, patterns, tensions, stories, and decisions—then translate them into a clear visual in real time.
Delivery You receive a high-resolution digital file of the finished work for sharing, reflection, reporting, or future planning. Physical recordings can also be photographed or scanned for digital use.
