Maps current state and delivers a visual sensemaking artifact + prioritized recommendations.
Core
Full AIMS Engagement
$15,000–$30,000 · 6–10 weeks
The complete program: defines the Aspiration, builds the Initiative, stands up Measures, facilitates Sensemaking. Runs roughly Day 1 to Day 60.
Retainer
Ongoing Sensemaking
$2,000–$5,000 / month
Periodic check-ins on measures and a recurring sensemaking loop as things evolve.
